ExpressCheck 5.1 is DOS based Checkbook Management Software used for tracking your personal or business finances.

Mouse Support - Complete mouse support is incorporated into the product. Although all options can easily be selected from the keyboard, using a mouse is often faster and more intuitive.
Tax-related Categories - Categories can be tagged as being tax-related, making reporting easier at the end of the year.
Split Transactions - Transactions can be split up into as many as 20 different categories, complete with descriptions.
Subcategories - Categories can have subcategories, making it easier to organize your expenses.
Classes - Transactions can be assigned to different classes, in addition to categories, giving you a different perspective on your spending.
Loan Calculator - You can figure the payments on loans and print amortization reports.
Savings Calculator - Figure how much you will have in the future if you save a specific amount each month.
Refinance Calculator - This calculator shows you what you can save and how fast you can recoup the costs of refinancing your house.
Pop-Up Calendar - From any date field you can display a calendar by pressing C. From the calendar you can select any date to be filled into the date field.
Graphs - Report information can be displayed in graphic form using pie charts, bar charts and line graphs.
Reports - Reports are presented on screen and can be viewed in their entirety before printing. Customizations can be made and saved for later use.
Printer Support - Hundreds of printers are supported with the printer drivers included. Reports and checks can be printed in 10, 12, or 17 characters per inch, 6 or 8 lines per inch, and can be printed on wide carriage printers.
New 3D Look - ExpressCheck has a modern, three dimensional look to it.
Integrated Setup Section - The Setup program is integrated within the program, making it easier than ever to customize things just the way you want them.
Import and Export QIF Files - Data files from Intuit’s Quicken, Microsoft Money and Computer Associates’ Simply Money can be imported into ExpressCheck quickly and easily. These other products can also import QIF files exported from ExpressCheck.
Budgeting - You can set up yearly budgets to better manage your assets.
Duplicate Check Number Detection - You can have ExpressCheck tell you when you are about to use the same check number again.
More Account Types - ExpressCheck includes several types of accounts including, BANK, CASH, CREDIT CARD, ASSET, and LIABILITY.
Context Sensitive Help - You can get specific help on whatever you are doing by Pressing F-1.
Batch Printing of Checks - Checks can be printed in batches instead of one at a time.
Backup your Accounts from within ExpressCheck - Account Groups can be backed up and restored while still in ExpressCheck.
Bill Reminder - The Bill Reminder system in ExpressCheck has been expanded to make it easier to enter recurring bills and deposits.
Password - You can assign a password to your account files to keep unauthorized users out.

PC-DOS or MS-DOS version 2.11 or higher.
At least 512K of unused RAM (conventional) memory.
One diskette and a hard disk with at least 2 megabytes of free space.
Either a monochrome or 80-column color monitor.
